GENERAL INFORMATION

I do not work with fixed deadlines. Completion time depends on my workload and personal circumstances, so I cannot guarantee a specific completion date. I generally aim to complete commissions within one month, but this is only an estimate and should not be considered a guaranteed deadline.
◈
I work on a full prepayment basis.
◈
Payment is processed via Lavatop using PayPal.
The listed commission prices do not include the Lavatop service fee. This fee is paid by the client and will be added to the final invoice.
◈
Characters with particularly complex markings, color patterns, or a large number of accessories may incur an additional fee of up to $20.
◈
All listed prices are for one character only.
Each additional character costs +50% of the base commission price.

WORKFLOW & REVISIONS
◈
A clear visual reference of your character is required before I begin working. I do not design characters from text descriptions, moodboards, or rough concepts. Your character must already have a finished visual design.
◈
If you have a specific vision for your commission, please provide all necessary references and a clear description before I begin. The more detailed your request is, the more accurately I can bring your idea to life.
If you choose to give me creative freedom, I reserve the right to interpret the character and artwork in my own way, including the pose, expression, and overall mood of the piece.
◈
I will provide progress updates throughout the commission by showing the initial sketch/concept, clean sketch, and lineart with base colors. This ensures you have the opportunity to review the artwork and request revisions before rendering begins.
◈
Revisions are only accepted during the sketch and base color stages. At the sketch stage, you may request changes to the anatomy, pose, expression, and overall design. At the base color stage, only corrections to the character's colors and markings can be made. After rendering begins, the artwork is considered approved, and no additional revisions will be accepted.
◈
Minor revisions (such as slight facial expression adjustments or small pose tweaks) are free within reason. If more than five minor revisions are requested, additional edits will be charged.
◈
Major changes requested after work has begun (such as changing limb positions, anatomy, composition, or other significant elements) will incur an additional fee starting from +25% of the commission price.
◈
Requesting a completely different pose, camera angle, or composition after work has started is considered a new illustration and will increase the price by +100%.

REFUNDS & RIGHTS
◈
Please make sure you are familiar with my portfolio and are certain about your commission before placing an order. By commissioning me, you acknowledge my artistic style and themes. Refunds are not available at the client's request once payment has been made and will only be issued if I am unable to complete the commission due to personal or technical circumstances.
◈
I reserve the right to reuse or repurpose any unclaimed sketches at my own discretion.
◈
I reserve the right to decline any commission request without providing a reason.
◈
Unless discussed otherwise, I reserve the right to publish commissioned artwork in my portfolio and social media.
◈
Private commission: +80% of the total commission price. Private artwork will not be posted publicly or included in my portfolio.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE
◈
I retain full copyright to all commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
◈
Commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless a commercial license has been purchased separately.
◈
Commercial use is not included in the commission price and must be discussed before payment. A separate commercial license fee will apply.
◈
My artwork may not be used for AI training, datasets, LoRA creation, image generation, NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or any similar technologies without my explicit written permission.
◈
If you repost or publicly share my artwork, please credit me whenever possible.
